Short Night of Glass Dolls (Malastrana; Paralyzed) (1971) [Mira]: Drugged into a deathlike paralysis and left to die for real by members of a mysterious cult. Her body is shown in the cult's headquarters in two different scenes (once lying under a bunch of flowers in a closet, once stuffed into a refrigerator), but it's ambiguous whether she was actually dead yet in either of those scenes.

The Black Belly of the Tarantula (La Tarantola dal ventre nero) (1972) [Jenny]: Reportedly stabbed to death by Ezio Marano while she's unconscious; her body is also shown afterwards in a garbage bag. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to CA)

Force 10 from Navarone (1978) [Maritza Petrovich]: Shot in the back while running away from Franco Nero during a battle. Her body is also shown afterwards when Franco carries her to the camp after the battle. (Thanks to Redeemer)

The Humanoid (L'Umanoide) (1979) [Lady Agatha]: Reportedly rapidly ages to death when she runs out of youth serum. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to Johan)
