Barbara Bel Geddes in 'Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Foghorn'
Barbara Bel Geddes (1922 - 2005)
Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Foghorn (1958) [Lucia Clay]: Dies of old age/natural causes in the asylum; her body is shown lying on the floor afterwards. (Barbara's face is not shown in the "present-day" sequences until the end of the episode, when her true age is revealed; until then, it's implied that her flashbacks were of recent events and not the distant past.)

Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Sybilla (1960) [Sybilla Meade]: Dies of an unspecified illness.

Dallas: Conundrum Part 1 (1991) [Miss Ellie Ewing]: Barbara does not actually appear in this episode, which takes place in an alternate world when Joel Grey shows Larry Hagman what would have happened if Larry had never been born. In the alternate reality, she died "of a broken heart" many years in the past; her grave is shown when Joel shows it to Larry. (Thanks to PortsGuy)
