"Everytime" (2003) (music video): Drowned in the bathtub when she passes out due to a head injury from an earlier struggle with paparazzi; she dies in the emergency room shortly afterwards (and is implied to be reincarnated as a newborn baby in the same hospital). (This video has been interpreted as depicting her committing suicide, but this website explains the accidental-death interpretation, with a note that Britney herself has confirmed this explanation.)
