The Flesh and Blood Show (1972) [Sarah]: Stabbed in the back (off-screen); her body is shown afterwards seated in the theatre balcony before she falls forward to reveal the knife in her back. (Nudity alert: Topless) (Thanks to NMBG)

Satan's Slave (Evil Heritage) (1976) [Catherine Yorke]: Killed (off-screen) by James Bree, Michael Gough, and the other cultists, shortly after the end of the movie; the movie ends with her screaming as they prepare to sacrifice her. (Thanks to Brian)

Ripping Yarns: Murder at Moorstones Manor (1977) [Dora]: Shot in the chest during a shoot-out with Iain Cuthbertson, Harold Innocent, and Michael Palin, after they all confess to the various murders. (Played for comic effect.)
