Glory at Sea (Gift Horse) (1952) [Gladys Flanagan]: Killed (off-screen) during an air raid by German planes; we learn of her death afterwards when Sonny Tufts informs Trevor Howard. (Thanks to Brian)

Hands of the Ripper (1971) [Mrs. Golding]: Impaled through the stomach (off-screen) and pinned to the door with a fireplace poker by Angharad Rees. Her body is shown afterwards when Eric Porter comes in to ask her what's going on (not realizing at first that she's dead).
