Dorota Kwiatkowska Rae (1957 - )

Thais (1984) [Thais]: Presumably dies of natural causes. (I haven't seen this movie, which doesn't appear to be available in the US, but I have read a synopsis of the novel it's based on.)

Doctor Who: Battlefield (1989) [Flight Lieutenant Lavel]: Turned to dust with a beam of energy by Jean Marsh, after being rendered unconscious by Jean's mind-probe.

Gunblast Vodka (2000) [Sabina, the Medical Examiner]: Presumably killed (off-screen); we see thugs holding a knife to her throat as they force her to make a phone call luring the heroes into a trap. We don't see what happens to her afterwards, but the implication is pretty clear.
