Ely Galleani/Edy Gall in 'A Lizard in a Woman's Skin'
Ely Galleani
a.k.a. Edy Gall, a.k.a. Justine Gall
In the Name of the Italian People (In nome del popolo italiano) (1971) [Silvana Lazzarini]: Reportedly commits suicide by a drug overdose; her body is shown afterwards in the morgue, and her death is shown in Ugo Tognazzi's flashback/ imagining. (Nudity alert: Topless) (Note: I had previously misattributed this role to Agostina Belli.) (Thanks to Johan and Andrea)

A Lizard in a Woman's Skin (Una Lucertola con la pelle di donna; Schizoid) (1971) [Joan Hammond]: Throat slit (off-screen) by Mike Kennedy in a park; her body is shown afterwards while the police investigate.

Baba Yaga (Black Magic; The Devil Witch; Kiss Me Kill Me) (1973) [Annette]: Reportedly decapitated when George Eastman hits her on the head with a large stick. (Ely's character is a doll brought to life by Carroll Baker's magic; when George hits her, we see the doll-head hit the ground as she changes back to her original form.) (Thanks to Johan)

High Crime (La Polizia incrimina, la legge assolve) (1973) [Chicca]: Reportedly shot in the back, along with Duilio del Prete. (Thanks to Alessio)
