Helen Freeman before her off-screen death in 'Abraham Lincoln' (1930)
Helen Freeman (1886 - 1960)
Abraham Lincoln (1930) [Nancy Hanks Lincoln, Lincoln's Mother]: Dies (off-screen) from drinking tainted milk from sick cows, during the passage of time between scenes. (The movie goes from Lincoln's birth to his young adulthood, skipping over his mother's death during his childhood. Her death is not even mentioned in the film, but is a matter of historic fact.)

Rasputin and the Empress (1932) [Hysterical Woman About to Be Shot]: Presumably shot to death. (I haven't seen this movie, but the IMDB's identification of her role seems to give away her fate.)
