The Singing Detective (1986) [Nurse White]: Shot in the chest in the crossfire of a shoot-out between Michael Gambon, Ron Cook, and George Rossi in the hospital ward, after she comes in to complain about the noise. (This is a dream/hallucination sequence; she survives the movie in reality.)

Deadly Advice (1994) [Beth Greenwood]: Killed in a car crash while driving after being drugged by her sister (Jane Horrocks); her body is shown in the wreckage afterwards.

Tales from the Crypt: About Face (1996) [Sarah]: Strangled by Anthony Andrews. (Thanks to Andrew)

Fingersmith (2005) [Mrs. Sucksby]: Executed by hanging, after falsely confessing to the murder of Rupert Everett (in order to protect Elaine Cassidy).
