(1973) [Alta]: Stabbed in the chest (off-screen) by Robert Hardy's children after they tie her to the bed; her body is shown afterwards when Robert discovers her.

Sept morts sur ordonnance (Bestial Quartet) (1975) [Jane Berg]: Reportedly shot to death with a shotgun by Gerard Depardieu. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to Gerard)

Death on the Nile (1978) [Louise Bourget]: Throat slit by Mia Farrow. Her body is discovered afterwards by Peter Ustinov and David Niven, and the murder itself is shown later on in a flashback as Peter explains who did it.
