| Assignment to Kill (1968) [Dominique Laurant]: Reportedly drowned in a bathtub. I have not seen this movie, but I have seen a still (see scan above) of her lying dead in the movie. Five Desperate Women (1971) [Dorian]: Reportedly killed (off-screen); her body is shown afterwards when her friends discover her. (I haven't seen this movie myself, and the tipster who provided the information couldn't recall exactly how she was killed.) (Thanks to Dick Hertz) Deadly Rivals (Rivals) (1972) [Christine]: Burned to death in a fire started by her son (Scott Jacoby) in an attempt to kill her lover (Robert Klein). We see her trapped in the burning building; some subsequent dialogue confirms that she didn't get out. The Last of Sheila (1973) [Lee]: Wrists reportedly slit by Richard Benjamin, after he drugs her and puts her in the bathtub to make her death look like a suicide. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to Dick Hertz, Steve, and George) Reflections of Murder (1974) [Claire Elliott]: Presumably dies of a heart attack when Sam Waterston and Tuesday Weld devise a plot to literally scare her to death. (I haven't seen this movie, but I have seen the 1955 film Diabolique, on which it is based.)
