Jorja Fox (1968 - )
Happy Hell Night (Hell Night) (1992) [character name unavailable]: Reportedly stabbed in the back of the head (with the blade coming out of her mouth) while sitting in her car. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to Everkelt)

House of Frankenstein 1997 (1997) [Felicity]: Reportedly stabbed in the heart with a wooden stake. (I haven't seen this mini-series myself.) (Thanks to the JFO Webmaster)

Velocity Trap (1997) [Alice Pallas]: Reportedly killed in an explosion when her spaceship blows up. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to the JFO Webmaster)

Memento (2000) [Catherine Shelby]: Possibly suffocated with a plastic shower curtain by a burglar; however, Joe Pantoliano later tells Guy Pearce that Jorja survived the attack, but later died of an insulin overdose when she made Guy give her repeated injections in an attempt to force him to remember what he's doing. (Between Guy's memory condition and Joe's untrustworthy nature, it's open to interpretation as to which story is true. What's more, an image appears at the end of the movie of Jorja and Guy in bed together, suggesting that she might still be alive after all...but again, it's ambiguous whether that image is real or simply wishful thinking.)
