The Stepford Wives (1975) [Joanna Eberhart]: Strangled (off-screen) by a robot duplicate of herself. I believe we only saw the robot Katharine approaching the real Katharine with a scarf or sash, with only the implication of what followed. (It's been some time since I've seen this movie, so I can't recall for certain.)
Wrong Is Right (The Man with the Deadly Lens) (1982) [Sally Blake]: Killed in an explosion after Cherie Michan plants a bomb in the trash can next to the bench where Katharine was meeting with an Israeli agent.
