Smokin' Aces 2: Assassins' Ball (2010) [FBI Agent]: Shot to death (off-screen) in a big shoot-out between the FBI agents and the assassins in a nightclub; I couldn't see her getting shot or spot her body afterwards, but it's established that all the agents except for Christopher Michael Holley are killed in the battle.
