The Pleasure Drivers (2005) [Daphne]: Shot repeatedly in the stomach during a shoot-out with Jill Bennett in the motel parking lot; she dies shortly afterwards while crawling through the desert.
Fatwa (2006) [Maggie Davidson]: Killed in an explosion when her brother (Angus Macfadyen) rear-ends Roger Guenveur Smith's taxicab in an attempt to resuce her, inadvertantly detonating Roger's bomb. (The explosion is represented by the screen fading to white.)
Navy NCIS: Judgment Day (2008) [NCIS Director Jenny Shepard]: Shot to death (off-camera) in a shoot-out with a team of hitmen in an abandoned diner; we only hear the shots from outside the building.
