Doomsday (2008) [Viper]: Decapitated with a sword by Rhona Mitra at the end of a fight in the dungeon, after MyAnna Buring grabs Lee-Anne's head and restrains her. (The decapitation effect was done by using CGI to "erase" the rest of her body, rather than use a dummy head.) Her body is shown again later on, with her head taped back in place, sitting beside Craig Conway in his car during a car chase.
(Note: As a professional stunt performer, Lee-Anne has probably "died" in place of other actresses, though I don't know any specific examples.) |
