The Saint: Interlude in Venice (1966) [Helen Allardyce]: Shot in the stomach by William Sylvester when Roger Moore tries to use her as a shield. (Thanks to Bill, Scott, and Big O)

Eternal Evil (The Blue Man) (1985) [Monica Duval]: Dies (off-screen) of natural causes, several years before the movie begins; she only appears in film footage of a documentary/interview, which concludes with narration informing us of her death. It's later revealed that her soul switched bodies with Joanne Cote at the time of her death.
