Pandemonium (1982) [1960s Cheerleader]: Impaled through the back (along with four other cheerleaders) when Tab Hunter throws a javelin at them while they're carrying oversized prop vegetables, creating a "human shish-kebab." (Played for comic effect.) (Note: I'm not 100% sure which actress was which in this scene, which is why the others aren't listed; however, comparing the scene with recent photos of Lynn, I believe that Lynn was the one at the back of the line, thus the first one to get run through.)
