| Rehearsal for Murder (1982) [Monica Welles]: Hits her head on the corner of a bookcase during a struggle with William Russ. He then throws her body out of a window to make it look like suicide (off-screen). We see her body (just a close-up of her arm) being loaded onto a stretcher early in the movie, and her actual death is shown in a flashback near the end. Antony and Cleopatra (1983) [Cleopatra]: Commits suicide by holding an asp to her chest. (I haven't seen this version, but we all know the story...) Hansel & Gretel (2002) [The Witch]: This movie is still in production, but unless they've changed the story severely, we can expect to see Lynn pushed into an oven. My Sister's Keeper (2002) [Helen]: Dies in the hospital after suffering a stroke, with her two daughters (Kathy Bates and Elizabeth Perkins) at her bedside. (Lynn is made up to look older than she actually was at the time.) |
