| Goldfinger (1964) [Dink/Credits Girl]: In addition to her speaking role as "Dink" (who survives the movie), she also appears as a gold-covered body during the opening and closing credits. (Despite the symbolic/stylized nature of the titles, I think we can consider her "dead" in at least some of the shots, foreshadowing the death of Shirley Eaton in the actual story.)
