Rebecca (1962) [Mrs. Danvers]: Presumably burned to death in a house fire. (I haven't seen this version, but I have seen Judith Anderson's death in the 1940 version.)
Prescription: Murder (Columbo: Prescription Murder) (1968) [Carol Flemming]: Dies in the hospital (off-screen) after being strangled into a coma by Gene Barry.
