Terror Firmer (1999) [Pregnant Woman (Death by De-Fetustration)]: Dies of shock/blood loss after Sheri Wenden performs a "manual caesarean-section" while Oakley is lounging on a rooftop. (The scene ends with Oakley still alive and screaming, but a newspaper headline and the closing credits establish that she dies.)
