Fort Apache, the Bronx (1981) [Isabella]: Dies (off-screen) of a heroin overdose. Her body is shown afterwards in the hospital when Paul Newman arrives just as the doctor pronounces her dead; Paul then picks up her body and tries to walk her around the hallway in a vain attempt to revive her.
