The Light at the Edge of the World (1971) [Arabella]: Presumably killed (off-screen) by Yul Brynner's pirate crew. We last see her screaming as the pirates attack her; her subsequent fate is never confirmed, but the implication is fairly strong. (Thanks to Johan)
