Blade (1998) [Vanessa Brooks]: Dies in childbirth during a caesarian-section after being bitten on the throat (off-screen) by Stephen Dorff (we hear the heart monitor flatline at the end of the scene). She later is revealed to have come back to life as a vampire; she dies once again when her son (Wesley Snipes) stabs her in the chest with a bone, causing her body to disintegrate into dust.
