Conan the Barbarian (1982) [Valeria]: Shot in the back when James Earl Jones magically transforms a snake into an arrow and fires it at her as she's riding away; she dies in Arnold Schwarzenegger's arms shortly afterwards. Her body is shown again afterwards, lying on a funeral pyre before Arnold lights it.
Red Sonja (1985) [Queen Gedren]: Reportedly stabbed in the stomach during a swordfight with Brigitte Nielsen, then falls into a crevasse. (I haven't seen this movie myself.) (Thanks to Johan)
Inner Sanctum II (1994) [Sharon Reed]: Shot in the chest (I've forgotten precisely who shot her), causing her to fall back out of the window and onto a police car.
