Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004) [Joleen]: Shot to death (off-camera), along with everyone else in the chapel (apart from Uma Thurman, who narrowly survives) by the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad; we only hear the shots from the outside of the chapel.
