Susan Cabot in 'The Saga of the Viking Women and Their Voyage to the Waters of the Great Sea Serpent'
Susan Cabot (1927 - 1986)
The Enforcer (1951) [Nina Lombardo]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Michael Tolan, after Jack Lambert and Zero Mostel force him to do so. We learn of her death when Michael turns himself in at the police station. (Thanks to Brian)

The Saga of the Viking Women and Their Voyage to the Waters of the Great Sea Serpent (The Viking Women and the Sea Serpent) (1957) [Enger]: Mauled to death by dogs after she lures the dogs away from the other escaping Viking women. We only see the start of the attack; her body is shown afterwards when Richard Devon discovers her. (I've only seen this movie on Mystery Science Theatre 3000, which is why the MST3K silhouettes are partially blocking the picture in the above still.)

The Wasp Woman (The Bee Girl; Insect Woman) (1960) [Janice Starlin]: Knocked out of a window (while in her wasp-headed monster form) by Anthony Eisley, after Michael Mark throws a bottle of carbolic acid at her. Her body is shown on the ground below, just before it transforms into a swarm of wasps. (See also Jennifer Rubin in the 1995 version.)
