| Dark Corners (2006) [Karen Clarke/Susan Hamilton]: Playing a dual role in two different levels of reality, "Susan" is stabbed to death (off-screen) by Toby Stephens in her bedroom; her body is shown afterwards when "Karen" finds herself in the apartment holding a knife, before Toby appears in "Karen's" place. (The movie is open to interpretation, but it's been suggested that "Karen" is actually Toby's spirit in Hell, being punished by reliving the terror he caused from the perspective of a victim.)
