Secret Agent (Danger Man): Koroshi (1966) [Ako Nakamura]: Poisoned by a burst of poison gas that emerges from a booby-trapped flower. (This episode and the following episode Shinda Shima were edited together into a 1966 theatrical release titled Koroshi, though the individual episodes weren't aired until 1968. Yoko played a completely different character named "Miho" in the second episode, resulting in her playing a dual role in the feature.) (Thanks to Big O)
